Experience is essential in this role, and I offer the proven expertise required to return our county assessment system to a commonsense footing. My background combines technical knowledge with a deep understanding of how assessments impact families, farms, businesses, and essential services. I have dedicated my career to equalizing values, improving assessment systems, reducing errors, and making property tax information easier for residents to understand. I’m a 4th generation Adams County Farmer, Rancher, and Businessman. I believe in exceptional customer service and open communication. Property owners deserve clear explanations of how values are determined, how those valuations affect them, and how to appeal if necessary. I will improve response times, ensure equitable assessments across all neighborhoods, and strengthen community outreach so you always know your rights and options. The county property tax system must be accurate, equitable, and easy to navigate. I will work tirelessly every day to restore trust, apply common sense, and make that vision a reality for every taxpayer.
