My focus remains on continuing to build a Sheriff’s Office that the people of Adams County can trust, respect, and rely on. I believe our community deserves a professional, well-trained, and service-minded team that is committed to protecting the safety and rights of every citizen. One of my top priorities is continuing to recruit and retain quality employees who take pride in serving others and live by our motto, “Service Above Self.” I want to ensure our deputies, corrections staff, and dispatchers have the training, leadership, and modern equipment they need to do their jobs safely and effectively. I also want to continue investing in responsible technology, transparency, and accountability while maintaining strong relationships with the community we serve. Programs that connect law enforcement with youth and families remain important to me because building trust starts long before emergencies happen. I will continue working to secure funding for needed improvements in the jail, training opportunities, and resources that help us better serve Adams County both now and in the future. I am proud of what we have accomplished together and remain committed to serving Adams County with integrity, professionalism, and dedication. Re-elect Dale Wagner, Sheriff

I am committed to serving both in and out of uniform, I have spent years working to support our community through public safety, local involvement, and volunteer work. For me, service doesn’t stop when the shift ends. Whether it’s helping at local events, supporting families during difficult times, standing alongside fellow first responders, or investing in the next generation, I beleive strong communities are built through trust, relationships, and being present. I believe leadership starts with showing up, listening to people, and staying connected to the community I hope to continue to serve as your sheriff.
