Allen is the current judge for Chelan County District Court Position 2. He has proudly served the citizens of Chelan County for almost 30 years combined as a judge and deputy prosecutor. He was raised in Chelan County and has dedicated his entire legal career to Chelan County public service and community protection. As an experienced judge, Allen has a proven track record of securing equal justice for all. He strives to guarantee all decisions are firmly rooted in the law and the Washington State Constitution and the Constitution of the United States. Allen has created a culture of education and fairness in his courtroom. He ensures every voice is heard, including victims, in order for justice to truly prevail. He imposes accountability with fairness, striving for justice for all. It has been his absolute pleasure to serve you for all of these years in his several roles of public service.
