The County Clerk is an elected position created under the Washington Constitution and is the administrative and financial officer for the Superior Court. The Clerk receives, processes and preserves all documents in perpetuity for all Superior Court actions, including criminal, civil, family law, probate, guardianship, paternity, adoption and juvenile, and manages court case-related deposits and disbursements. The Clerk must be independent to maintain the integrity of the court records.
I have served the courts and the citizens of Clark County by providing high-quality, efficient, and effective service. During my time as Clerk, I deployed an independent imaging system that in 2024 allowed the court to function even as the statewide system was unavailable and most counties in the state were seriously impacted.
Public officials must have the highest standards of excellence, integrity, and fairness. During my time in office, I have made significant positive changes, resulting in better, and more responsive customer service. For example, improving the collection of restitution for crime victims, real-time public access to documents and electronic filing - saving citizens legal costs. Keeping court records open and accessible is an essential function of the Clerk’s office.
Thank you for your vote!

I am running for the nonpartisan position of Clark County Clerk because the public deserves an office that works with accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and respect.
As a PCO, I have listened to residents, answered questions, and helped people better understand local government. That experience has strengthened my belief that public offices should be accessible, responsive, and easy to navigate. As Clark County Clerk, I will focus on accurate record keeping, timely service, improved access to information, and a more user-friendly office.
Public trust requires accountability. I support greater transparency in government budgeting and spending, including easier online access to financial information so taxpayers can see how their money is used. I will serve with fairness, professionalism, accountability, and respect for every resident who interacts with the Clerk’s Office. I will also hold monthly open office hours on the first Wednesday at noon, where residents can bring a bag lunch, ask questions, share concerns, and have real conversations about how local government can better serve our community.
I respectfully ask for your vote to serve as Clark County Clerk so we can build a more responsive, accessible, and trustworthy office for our community.
