It is an honor to serve as your Clark County Treasurer. In this role, I am entrusted with safeguarding public funds, ensuring compliance with the law, and making sound financial decisions in the best interest of our county and local governments. I take this responsibility seriously and remain committed to continuous improvement, exceptional customer service, reliability, accuracy, transparency and accountability. I believe strong leadership starts with service, which is why every member of the Treasurer’s Office is committed to serving taxpayers with professionalism and care. As the steward of your tax dollars, my office manages an investment pool portfolio exceeding $1 billion and last year allocated $47 million in interest earnings, the highest in the pool’s history. I also assisted two local school districts through short-term lending to help ensure stable cash flow and uninterrupted operations. In addition, my office received accreditation for our investment policy and annual report to citizens, while also earning clean financial and performance audits with no findings. If elected, I will continue to safeguard tax dollars, invest wisely for positive returns, and ensure we follow financial best practices. I would be honored to continue this work on your behalf.
