statement appears humanIt is an honor to serve as a Clark County District Court Judge, and I am seeking to continue serving the people of this County. I am committed to District Court and its mission: delivering exceptional justice services, ensuring equitable access to the court and its programs, treating everyone with fairness and respect, and promoting diversity in our community and operations. I strive to live these values every day. I commit myself to the oath of a District Court Judge: to support the Constitution and the laws of the State of Washington, and to perform the duties of my office faithfully and impartially, to the best of my ability. I will fulfill this oath and be of service to all who enter my courtroom. I am honored to work with my fellow judges on developing processes for improvement to our court system. I am grateful to all court staff and colleagues as we navigate any issues that arise together. For my part, I will continue to focus my time, energy, and enthusiasm on being prepared and conscientious, showing dignity and respect to all in my courtroom, and applying the rule of law fairly and impartially.
