Fair and equitable property assessments, grounded in accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Washington law, remain my top priority. Since taking office, I have focused on improving efficiency, transparency, and responsible use of taxpayer resources. By modernizing operations and using technology more effectively, our office has improved productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced public service. We continue to pursue practical and innovative ways to better serve property owners. Clear communication remains a priority. Our office has expanded outreach efforts, including notifying residents in advance when appraisers will be working in their area. These efforts help improve understanding and support a transparent assessment process. It is a privilege to serve this county, and I appreciate the trust the community has placed in me.
