It has been an honor and privilege to serve as your Prosecuting Attorney for the last twelve years. Every day, my office works to protect our community, stand up for the rights of victims, and provide sound legal advice to the County. Public safety is our highest priority. We are committed to protecting the most vulnerable in the criminal justice system by ensuring that victims are heard, treated with dignity, and supported throughout the justice process. We aggressively hold violent and persistent offenders accountable and seek meaningful consequences for those who repeatedly threaten the safety of our community. This work is made possible by an exceptional team of dedicated deputy prosecutors, victim advocates, and professional staff who work closely with law enforcement and community partners, pursuing justice and keeping our community safe. We also recognize that mental health and addiction issues can contribute to criminal behavior. When appropriate, we support therapeutic programs like drug court and mental health court to address underlying issues and reduce recidivism. Born and raised in Cowlitz County, and now raising my family here, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve our community. I respectfully ask for your continued support.
