I’m running for office to overturn the burdensome taxes imposed on citizens of the 13th district. My top priority is abolishing the unconstitutional income tax the Democrat majority sold us as a “millionaire’s tax” – a policy that will drive business out of Washington and stunt economic growth, making our state even less affordable. I’ll also work to repeal the Climate Commitment Act, which raises gas prices and disproportionately hurts rural Washington. Having grown up in the heart of our agricultural community, I will always support and protect our farmers. I respectfully ask for your vote.

As an Ellensburg City Councilmember, I’ve built a reputation as a principled conservative leader, supporting families, small businesses, and common-sense government. I’ve worked hard to bring accountability and transparency while standing up for the values and priorities of Central Washington citizens. I will fight for your Constitutional rights every day in Olympia. Focused on reducing taxes, supporting law enforcement, and defending ranchers and farmers from government overreach, I will not represent the system but be a true representative of the people. I believe decisions should stay closer to local communities. Unanimously endorsed by the Kittitas County Republican Party. Visit ElectJoshuaThompson.com.
