Ferry County PROSECUTING ATTORNEY

It is an honor to serve the people of Ferry County as Prosecuting Attorney. In the 19 months I have been in this Office, my focus has been on being a steady and reliable resource for the employees and officials of the County, being a stalwart defender of victims of crime, and being a strong advocate for justice. I am the legal advisor to the County Commissioners and the other elected officials of the County, and it has been my goal to ensure that they each receive any assistance they may require. We have a very good group of elected officials in this County, and I am proud to serve with each of them. I am the only attorney in this Office, so I prosecute all criminal cases in Superior and District Court, but I am only one member of a team. My legal assistants, victim/witness advocate and Public Records Officer all work together to make sure that defendants are held accountable, victims are assured of their rights, and that we protect the citizens of this County.
