Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney

Franklin County continues to grow both in population and challenges. The criminal justice system touches all of us whether in the courtroom, as crime victims, or as taxpayers funding public safety. During the past 16 years as your Prosecutor, I have worked diligently with community partners and limited resources to make Franklin County a better place to live. Public safety is the forefront of our community’s health. We have witnessed great success with our therapeutic courts and their achievements in assisting individuals struggling with mental health challenges or breaking the cycles of addiction. We have been instrumental in supporting these efforts while maximizing offender accountability. Our office continues to struggle keeping up with our community’s growing population and rising criminal cases while being hit with budget cuts and reduced staffing. I have been a public servant most of my professional life, serving as a police officer, deputy prosecutor, Air Force veteran, Army Reserve officer, and as your elected prosecutor. I chose to serve to make a difference in our community. As a proud veteran, I will continue to fight the good fight at home for a better nation, state, and community. Happy 250th USA!
