My vision for Garfield County includes building a community where trust, transparency, and engagement thrive. I believe strong financial oversight, and steady, informed leadership are essential for our county’s future. Having lived and raised my three children in Garfield County since 1980, my decades of volunteer service, committee work, and professional experience have given me a deep understanding of county operations and the needs of our residents. I will continue to bring integrity, collaboration, and practical experience to my role as Garfield County Commissioner. I am committed to thoughtful, community-focused decision-making and to serve all Garfield County citizens with dedication and respect. I would be honored to have your vote.

I am eager for the opportunity to serve as Garfield County Commissioner. I have lived my entire life in Garfield County and will retire here. My family roots on our farm in Garfield County are continuous since 1879. My children are now working to build their futures in Pomeroy. I was very fortunate to be a part of Pomeroy Grain Growers for 17 years working with local farms and business which built my base in personnel relations. My second Career with Winfield has afforded me much travel and business training which has taught me to be results focused, with experience in management of large budgets. I also have training in conflict resolution and personnel management. More importantly, I have strong ties to the residents and businesses of Garfield County with a firm commitment to the rights of property owners large and small. I will work to build long term balanced budget funding to ensure continuation of the high standards of our community services such as our county road department and emergency services. I appreciate the opportunity to be considered for this role as Garfield County Commissioner. If elected, I will work diligently to serve our community to the highest standard.
