With 23 years of dedicated law enforcement experience, I have built a reputation in Grant County as a leader of integrity, fairness, and unwavering commitment to public safety. I am tough on crime while treating people with respect and dignity. I believe effective policing starts with trust, accountability, and strong community partnership. Throughout my career, I have served across every level of law enforcement, from patrol officer to patrol Sergeant and Chief Deputy, bringing a practical, common-sense approach to keeping Grant County safe. I lead with calm resolve, sound judgment, and deep respect for the law. I believe law enforcement should serve the people, not above them. Accountability, Integrity, and trust are my guiding principles and will shape my leadership as your next Grant County Sheriff. Accountability guides decisions, and it builds integrity and trust, the foundation of law enforcement. I will protect victims and hold criminals accountable.

As your incumbent Grant County Sheriff, it’s been my honor to serve the people of this county and work every day to keep our communities safe. During the past three years, we focused on proactive policing, reducing crime, improving transparency, and strengthening partnerships throughout Grant County. Together, we created the Crime Reduction Team to target property crimes and thefts impacting everyday citizens and rural farming communities. We expanded mental health response services, increased staffing levels across the Sheriff’s Office, enhanced employee wellness programs, and continued meeting elite state accreditation standards. I believe leadership means listening to the community, supporting our deputies and corrections staff, and making decisions that put public safety first. While we’ve accomplished a great deal, there is still more work to do. I respectfully ask for your vote so we can continue building a safer and stronger Grant County together.
