Tom was raised in Grant County, graduating from Ephrata High School in 1988. After obtaining his undergraduate and law degrees he returned to Ephrata where he learned the practice of law from Nels Hansen and John Antosz at Hansen Law Firm. He then took over the family business after his father became ill. Since 2017, he has been the Grant County Superior Court Commissioner. He will treat all who come to court with dignity and respect and will fairly apply the law to the cases before him. Tom and his wife Audra have been married for 31 years and have 3 adult sons. In his free time, he enjoys playing cards and games, watching the Mariners and Seahawks, and spending time with his family.
