Island County Auditor

It has been my honor to serve as your Island County Auditor for the past 18 years. Experienced leadership is essential in ensuring integrity, transparency and accuracy of this office. I ask for your vote that I may continue to serve Island County’s citizens. My office has six divisions: accounting, payroll, licensing, recording, marriage licenses, elections and voter registration. We prepare Island County’s Annual Financial Statement and facilitate the annual SAO Audit. Fiscal accountability of our county is one of our most essential responsibilities. My actions and decisions must be conducted in compliance with State and federal laws, to guaranteed the integrity of your vote during all elections, allowing us to process ballots efficiently and report results accurately and timely. The public’s trust of my office is paramount. My commitment remains the same – to provide exceptional service with professionalism and accuracy. I will continue implementation of strong cybersecurity policies to ensure citizens their votes are secure; elections are conducted accurately, transparently and maintain fiscal accountability of all county funds.
