Jefferson County Prosecutor

Serving the people of Jefferson County and helping protect this community has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. During the past four years, I have focused on prosecuting crimes against vulnerable victims while strengthening community partnerships and resources, including helping to create Jefferson County’s first Children’s Advocacy Center. Public safety also means addressing the underlying causes of crime. To that end, I have worked to expand rehabilitative services and helped initiate a pilot program incorporating restorative justice into our therapeutic courts. These efforts are designed to improve accountability, reduce recidivism, and strengthen our community over the long term. My core mission remains protecting victims, promoting justice, and enhancing public safety for all residents of Jefferson County. As a strong believer in good government, I have also worked collaboratively with other county departments to streamline processes, improve coordination, and promote efficient use of public resources. I would be honored to continue serving the people of Jefferson County as your Prosecuting Attorney.
