Marcia Kelbon

(States No Party Preference) statement appears human

Allow me to put my business, technical, and legal skills and experience to work to ensure the Olympic Peninsula’s future for families and retirees. Independent, placing people over party, I will promote affordability by trimming regulations on housing, limiting regressive taxes, and ensuring the state does not tax income. We must prioritize state funding for essentials: education, infrastructure, and public health and safety, while requiring accountability and effectiveness. I will advocate for a business-friendly regulatory and tax structure; support law enforcement and emphasize treatment to address homelessness; and respect people from all walks of life. Thank you for your vote.

(Prefers Democratic Party) statement appears human

Too many people are struggling just to get by. I will listen, work hard, and focus on the real challenges facing us on the Peninsula and Harbor. I’m running to fight for working families, seniors, and people on fixed incomes while helping build a better future for my daughter’s generation and beyond. Endorsements: State Labor Council, Washington Education Association, National Women’s Political Caucus, Twin Harbors Labor Council, Pulp and Paper Workers, Painters and Allied Trades, Superintendent of Public Instruction Chris Reykdal, Clallam County Commissioner Mike French, Port Townsend Mayor Amy Howard, and elected officials from across our district and state.
