It has truly been an honor serving as your State Representative. Now, I’m ready to bring my experience, proven results, and progressive values to the State Senate. I will continue to fight for a fairer tax system that asks the wealthiest to pay their share while providing relief to working families, those on fixed incomes, and helping small businesses succeed. The contrast between the candidates in this race couldn’t be more stark. My record is one of action and standing up for Democratic values. I’ve championed legislation to protect workers from unfair non-competes, increased affordable housing–particularly for underrepresented communities –and worked to bring broadband access to every corner of our state. I will continue showing up, listening to you, and working tirelessly on our biggest challenges like affordability, job creation, and protecting our communities. That’s the difference in this race. In the Senate, my priorities remain: Safeguarding the environment, investing in our public schools, and ensuring strong consumer protections against predatory practices. I’d be honored to earn your vote again. Endorsements: 32nd and Snohomish County Democrats, SPEEA, Labor (WSLC), State Employees (WSFE), Washington Education Association (WEA), WA Housing Alliance, Nurses (WSNA), and former Representative Ruth Kagi, among many others.

Washington deserves Democratic leaders who deliver on promises. My record shows I deliver. As your Senator, I banned ICE facemasks, capped rent increases, led the fight to block AI-powered rent-raising schemes, ended sales taxes on nonprescription medicines and hygiene products, expanded low-income tax rebates for 460,000 additional households, and cut taxes on small businesses. I designed and spearheaded legislation that closed corporate tax loopholes, securing hundreds of millions in new funding for healthcare, K–12 schools, and childcare. After knocking on thousands of doors, I’ve heard you loud and clear: prices are out of control, and government needs to be more responsible with your tax dollars. I’ll audit spending, expand senior property-tax relief, stand up to ICE, and stop Trump chaos in our state. We must confront the crisis on Aurora with compassion and accountability by connecting people to mental health and addiction treatment services, instead of looking the other way. I hope I’ve earned your vote for reelection. Endorsed by Democrats: Our 32nd District Representative Lauren Davis, Congressman Adam Smith, Washington Senate Democrats, Lynnwood and Shoreline Mayors; Councilmembers from Lynnwood, Shoreline, Seattle, Edmonds; King and Snohomish County Councilmembers; many unions, childcare workers, Alliance for Gun Responsibility, Snohomish County Sheriff.
