The Clerk’s Office is responsible for maintaining official Superior Court records, assisting judges, attorneys, and citizens involved in legal matters, and providing passport services to our community. For over 41 years, I have proudly served the people of Kitsap County through the Clerk’s Office. I understand that navigating the court system can often feel confusing and overwhelming, and my office is frequently the first place people turn to for information, support, and direction during difficult times in their lives. As Clerk, I have worked to modernize the office by supporting technology improvements such as e-filing, allowing people to file documents remotely while saving time and money and improving access to justice for everyone. I am committed to maintaining a professional, efficient, and customer-focused office that serves all residents with fairness and respect. I am honored to have earned endorsements from the Kitsap County Democrats, the 26th Legislative District Democrats, and numerous retired judges, attorneys, and community members. Kitsap County is my home, and I respectfully ask for your vote so I can continue serving our community with integrity, experience, and dedication.

I ran out of patience watching the government run on autopilot. Unchallenged incumbents, invisible offices, no one asking hard questions about whether the work is actually getting done. I rose to executive levels at some of the fastest-growing companies in the country, brands later acquired for billions. I built and ran my own consulting business for seven years. A health crisis forced me to step back. When I returned, I joined the Kitsap County Superior Court Clerk’s office as a deputy clerk because it’s an administrative executive role and I’ve spent a decade doing exactly that in the private sector. What I found was an office most residents don’t know exists, serving thousands of people every year who do. Jury duty. Passports. Court records. People navigating court without lawyers, without a guide. They deserve better than that. This is only the third contested Clerk race in 28 years. Our county deserves a choice and a higher standard. If elected, I will audit office operations publicly, build plain-language guides for every service we provide, and hold monthly open office hours for any Kitsap resident. Someone willing to be held accountable. That’s what I’m offering.
