(Prefers Republican Party) statement likely AIAs Chief Deputy Clerk, I have learned what it truly means to support others. Every day, people come to the Clerk’s Office facing stressful, technical, or unfamiliar situations, often without knowing exactly what they need. Having worked on both sides of the counter, I understand how overwhelming those moments can feel. My role has been to listen, analyze problems, and guide people through the process with professionalism, empathy, and fairness while staying within the boundaries of the law and court procedure. I have served as a support person to our County Clerk, Deputy Clerks, court staff, law enforcement, and the public. Through that experience, I have learned that public service is not just about solving problems – it is about meeting people where they are and helping them move forward. I believe that to lead well, you must first learn how to follow, listen, and serve others. I am running for County Clerk because I believe in public service, accountability, and practical problem-solving. I focus on finding solutions, improving efficiency, and making the office responsive, organized, and accessible. Public service is more than a job title to me; it is a responsibility to serve our community professionalism, integrity, and care.
