Logan B. Siebert
statement likely AI
I’m Logan Siebert, a 26-year Klickitat County resident, small business owner, and Reserve Goldendale Police Officer. As owner of Siebert Custom Slaughter and Meats LLC, I know how to manage budgets and be accountable to the people I serve. I’ve given back through 4-H, the Goldendale Rodeo Bible Camp, and its board of directors. I’m running because ratepayers deserve a commissioner who listens. Reliable power and fair rates affect every family and business in Klickitat County, including mine. I’m not a career politician. I’m your neighbor who will stand on truth and integrity. I humbly ask for your vote.
Dan G. Gunkel
statement appears human
Commissioner Gunkel’s highest priorities are reasonable electric rates, high reliability, and excellent customer service. If re-elected Dan will continue to serve in the same manner. KPUD rates were third highest when Commissioner Gunkel was elected and today, our rates have fallen to 10th place in our utility group. This took over 30 years of hard work to achieve. During Commissioner Gunkel’s term, KPUD built McNary Hydro generation, HW Hill Renewable Natural Gas, and Transmission facilities, that all generate income to offset your current rates. If re-elected Dan will help facilitate the completion of the pump storage project.
