My name is Ryan Spurling, and I am running, for Mason County Sheriff. I love our communities and I am committed to seeing your Sheriff’s Office meet the ever-changing challenges society has placed on Law Enforcement. We must continue to connect with and protect all our citizens. I will ensure that the Sheriff’s Office is transparent and responsible with your tax dollars, and I will be accessible to every citizen as the Sheriff. After serving in the Military and LE for over 38 years, I know this is what I have been called to do. My training and experience have prepared me to serve you and our county as we grow and prepare for the future. I believe your Sheriff’s Office has the potential to become the best Sheriff’s Office in the State of Washington. We have amazing, smart, compassionate employees who love to serve you and now more than ever, they must have experienced, values driven leadership. As the only elected Law Enforcement Officials in the world, Sheriffs must be individuals who have a long term, proven reputation of integrity and selfless service in Law Enforcement and in the community.
