As Okanogan County Assessor, I have an open-door policy for the public to communicate with me at any time. I believe the most important role of the Okanogan County Assessor is to represent all citizens of Okanogan County equally and fairly. I believe I have done an exceptional job of that in all aspects of my office. The Assessor is responsible for numerous functions and programs, such as listing of the property rolls, property appraisals at 100% true and fair market value, Property Tax Levies, Personal Property Tax, and the administration of Current Use/Open Space Agriculture, Designated Forest Land, and Senior Citizen/Disabled Person Exemption while adhering to the tax laws of Washington State.
