Okanogan County Prosecuting Attorney

As the elected Okanogan County Prosecuting Attorney, we have accomplished much in the last 4 plus years. Before assuming office, there was much to fix. The prosecutor’s office has re-established professionalism and community trust through the hard work of dedicated and seasoned attorneys, and staff of legal professionals and victim advocates. We have an effective working relationship with law enforcement, to prosecute violent crimes and property crimes, and getting results by holding offenders accountable, protecting the vulnerable, by seeking justice for the young and the elderly. We will always work with our community partners to protect and preserve Okanogan County’s special and unique way of life, our agricultural and tourist economy. We work hard to safely and responsibly promote growth and development, without infringing upon the rights of the individual. As a working and dedicated prosecutor, this office will continue to strengthen and promote confidence and good relations with all Okanogan County departments to best serve the public good and justice system in Okanogan County
