For more than 16 years, I have proudly served the communities of Okanogan County and North Central Washington in a variety of law enforcement roles. My focus has always been on building trust, strengthening relationships, and ensuring our Sheriff’s Office remains connected and responsive to the people we serve. Throughout my career, I have worked in patrol, investigations, supervision, and leadership roles, including patrol officer, K9 handler, Sergeant, Field Training Officer, Chief Criminal Deputy, and Sheriff. No matter the position, I have believed that effective law enforcement starts with strong community partnerships and open communication. I have worked closely with local schools, tribal communities, protective services, and regional partners to address challenges facing our families, neighborhoods, and businesses. I believe public safety is strongest when community members and law enforcement work together with mutual respect and shared goals. My commitment is to keep Okanogan County safe while maintaining a Sheriff’s Office that is visible, approachable, transparent, and dedicated to serving every community with integrity, professionalism, and compassion. I respectfully ask for your vote so we can continue building a safe, connected, trusted leadership, community partnerships, and a Sheriff’s Office committed to serving every citizen with integrity and professionalism.

Since immigrating to the US at 19, I have immense gratitude for the American way of life and opportunities it has given me. For over 20 years, I have served our community with dedication to duty and commitment to public service. While maintaining my moral integrity and uncompromising professional ethics. As an Okanogan Deputy. I started as a Jailer, then transitioned to patrol, where I served on the Special Response Team and as a Field Training Officer. The community’s trust in the Sheriff’s Office has deteriorated, with staffing issues persisting, training not taken seriously, and no long-term solution in sight. Once elected, I plan to restore trust through transparency and community outreach that goes beyond my door. I will pursue enhancing training and standards that equip our Deputies with the tools to be proactive in the community. In “Contract Inmates”, we can address the growing issue in our jail. Creativity in State and Federal Grants, coupled with lobbying our Representatives, may finally give us an opportunity for a long-term solution. With community support, we can bring the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office to a place that brings us closer to our agency ethos of Teamwork, Vigilance, and Integrity.
