As your PUD commissioner, I have delivered real results; keeping rates lower than surrounding utilities, maintaining our debt free status, securing broadband service for North County, and approving a 20 year power agreement with Bonneville Power Authority for reliable, affordable, climate compliant electricity. I also created the Commissioner Manual establishing clear responsibilities for current and future commissioners – all while being a champion for full public transparency. Our district now faces a critical leadership moment. Following a wave of retirement, 80% of our senior staff are new to their roles. They need consistent direction and stability – guidance flowing from the commissioners to our new general manager and throughout the organization. I am committed to this community beyond my official duties. I donate 10% of my commissioner base salary to help neighbors pay their utility bills, and rather than spending on advertising for this campaign, I have directed those funds to assist low income residents with their PUD bills. My experience, my record, and my dedication are in service to you. I humbly ask for your vote to re-elect me.
