Judge McCann has over 30 years’ experience serving our community as a deputy prosecutor and judge. Kevin’s reputation for judicial temperament and legal knowledge earned him the respect of his bench who elected him as Presiding Judge in 2022. Judge McCann worked with justice partners to help launch the Pierce County Mental Health Court for offenders who suffer from thought or mood disorders.
