Judge Dwayne Christopher is a committed and dedicated jurist who has served our community throughout his career. Judge Christopher was first elected to the Tacoma Municipal Court Bench in 2018 and four years later he was unanimously appointed to the District Court Bench. In the past eight years as a Judge, Dwayne Christopher has earned an outstanding reputation for his willingness to ensure that each party in his Courtroom can present their case to a person who listens. Dwayne possesses the calm demeanor, respect and objectivity needed to resolve the complex cases brought before the District Court Bench.
