It has been an honor for Rick Leo to serve the citizens of Snohomish County for the past twelve years. First, being appointed to the bench in 2014 as the Snohomish County District Court Commissioner in the Cascade Division in Arlington, and then being elected in 2022 as Judge in the Evergreen Division in Monroe. Rick is deeply humbled by the trust placed in him and never takes this responsibility for granted. Each and every day on the bench is a constant reminder of the importance of this role and the direct impact it has on the daily lives of our community members and those who come before the court. During his time on the bench, Rick has sought to maintain a proper balance between appropriate legal standards, common sense, and compassion. Thank you for your continued support and trust.
