(Prefers Democratic Party)statement appears human
Senator John Lovick is running to continue providing the leadership we expect from our elected officials and the results our community deserves.
John served 41 years in uniform, including the United States Coast Guard, Washington State Patrol, and as Snohomish County Sheriff. He believes that we should not only be safe, we should feel safe. Safe in our homes, safe on our streets, and that our children should always be safe in their schools. John worked with the Criminal Justice Training Commission to open three new regional training academies for peace officers. These academies have graduated more than 700 law enforcement professionals who are now serving communities in Washington. John has worked to build a robust accountability system. From road safety legislation to making school sports safer, John is a leader who gets results.
A frequent transit user, John is committed to ensuring a complete expansion of light rail to Everett and beyond. Accessible transit options are essential as the cost of living continues to rise. John’s experience, knowledge, and respect make him the best leader to meet this unprecedented moment.
Endorsed by Washington State Patrol Troopers Association, Washington State Labor Council, Planned Parenthood. John Lovick: Leadership with Results.

Washington stands at a crossroads. Our families deserve safe neighborhoods where law enforcement is supported, schools that truly prepare our children for success, affordable housing, and an economy that rewards hard work. Yet today, a rapidly expanding state government has left us overtaxed and overburdened, with higher bills and programs that too often deliver no measurable results.
As your next state senator, I will get to work on Day One restoring fiscal integrity. I will fight to reduce the heavy burden on families and businesses, treating every taxpayer dollar with the respect it deserves, because it’s your money. Progress is possible through hard work across the aisle and by listening closely to the needs of our communities. My record as an elected leader proves I deliver results by building relationships and getting things done.
Is Washington worth it? As a wife, mom of five, and proud Grammie, I say yes! Thirty-five years ago, I arrived here as a military spouse. Our family chose to stay, put down roots, and build our life in this beautiful state, with no regrets.
I’m running because I believe in Washington’s purpose for future generations. With your vote, we can restore common sense leadership together.
