Experience Matters. Spokane County Clerk’s Office safeguards court records and ensures timely, reliable access to justice. I’m running to deliver accurate, responsive service you can count on. As Cheney Municipal Court Administrator and retired Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel, I have led high accountability teams where people depended on me getting it right.
As Clerk, I will: Put people first with clear, respectful communication; Improve speed and accuracy; Continue smart modernization improving service and protecting sensitive information. My experience and training have prepared me to serve effectively as Spokane County Clerk. I am honored to earn your vote.

Citizens and institutions alike are squeezed today; more of the same won’t solve our challenges. We need a new generation of leadership who can expertly wield technology and chart a path of stability and empathy. The court system can overwhelm folks, but we can turn technical into accessible.
My plan centers citizens by expanding court guides, notifications, and translated forms. I will empower employees through a constructive, union-friendly workplace, optimize the clerk’s office using my capacity analysis and workflow optimization background, and transform transparency through public operational reporting. I ask for your vote to modernize our courts. Thank you.
